Mentoring Tiny Humans Annual You've Been Boo'd Exchange

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS OCTOBER 15TH. Matches will be made by October 20TH.

You've Been Booed is a Halloween surprise drop-off event Ding dong ditch style.

The way it works is you are matched with someone to create a Halloween basket and drop it off at their house. I do my best to pair you up with someone nearby but please understand you are committing to being able to drop it off anywhere in your city or surrounding area up to and within 15 miles (the average travel distance is 5 miles).

If you are not willing to commit to that or the cost, please don't participate.

Each basket will be made up for all the children in the household to share and we will have a basket limit of $15-$20 per household.

If you cannot commit to this cost, please do not participate. It can be very upsetting for the kiddos to see everybody's boo-basket and realize theirs are not equivalent. While it's not necessarily about the money and more so fun, it can definitely be disappointing for a child on the receiving end.

If you're anything like me and wait to the last minute or space things, I have convenient boo baskets, candy-free or not, available for purchase and delivery (in some areas). Sales from our boo baskets and our shop help fund our free community events (like this one), field trips, sensory spaces, and library events.

Each basket must be dropped off at your match house no later than the 29th of October. You may start dropping off after you receive your match from me. The whole point is for the kids to have fun and to surprise their friends so shh don't tell the person you matched with and don't get caught!

Be sure to take pictures and Videos of your kids receiving their Boo Basket and post them to the page so we can see the fun!

If, for whatever reason you cannot fulfill your duty with the boo basket, please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can coordinate a solution.

All candy or food items, if given,  should be pre-packaged.

A google document will be sent via email with additional questions and details to help pair you with your matches.
