About the event
Join us for a presentation by the Reptile Hunter! We will also have a reptile activity or craft and giveaways!
We will be providing two sessions to accommodate more one-on-one and hands-on time with the reptiles! Payment is for one session time of your choice. You can attend both sessions, however, you must purchase tickets for both session times.Â
More about the Reptile Hunter:
Joseph Hart is a twenty-two year old wildlife rehabber and reptile enthusiast based in Southern California. They perform high-energy educational presentations to help create a community of people who "care about these animals just as much as we do!" Â Their mission is to promote the importance of wildlife conservation through animal rehabilitation and public education.
PERSONAL/FAMILY/ OR SENSORY RELATED CONSIDERATIONS:
Suitable for all ages, however, we will be at an indoor location with only the activities provided. If needed, please bring items to occupy your child. There may be downtime between handling the animals. We will have access to a fenced outdoor area for those who may need a quiet space or time to regulate. However, if your tiny humans like to scream or squeeze and cannot resist the urge, and are easily stimulated, it may not be the event for you.
Additionally, the building has faux wood flooring which can aid in ambient noise. For those who need access to refrigeration or electricity for medical needs, Â please reach out to ensure we prepare. To discuss other accommodations, questions, or concerns, please email us at mentoringtinyhumans@gmail.com.Â
Due to the nature of the event, if we have less than 35 learners, we may need to combine both sessions into one. Attendees must submit payment to reserve their spot. Refunds will not be given after August 2.Â
