We want to thank The Menifee Experience for their generous sponsorship and partnership!

Thanks to their help we now have over 25 new-to-us games and puzzles to add to our free community board (and Bored) Game Days, library events, and Learning Through Gaming classes and camps. Their support means so much.
Unfortunately, a local business Game and Graze had to close their doors but reached out to our local community to offer their inventory. My tiny human and I handpicked all the games we could (and made sure to pick a few some of our regular learners would love), and in the continued effort to support community, she was kind enough to hold them for us.
However, without a sponsor I already knew it wasn’t going to happen.
So I reached out. I put a somewhat hurried post on social media and within 12 hours I had a response from Heather Lipton with The Menifee Experience.
The Menifee Experience is a digital magazine for the city of Menifee. According to their website, their mission is to “create a network that promotes locally-owned small businesses and organizations with Menifee City Residents at the heart of everything we do and everything we post". Much of their purpose aligns a lot with ours, building connection and community. This also includes their upcoming partnership with The Menifee Historical Association and Musuem where your tiny humans can win a $50 Minecraft gift card!
We are so grateful for all who supported our efforts, including Game and Graze who patiently worked with us, Heather Lipton, The Menifee Experience and others who reached out to help.

Join us tomorrow, Friday July 18, at our monthly Bored Game Day to thank The Menifee Experience and be the first to play our latest games and puzzles-along with all of your favorite and classic games like Connect Four, Chess, Pop the Kitty, Battleship, Uno, and more!
Seisal Yosef, our registered therapy cat with Love on a Leash will also be in attendance to play a game, be read to, or receive a little bit of love.
For those interested, we still have plenty of sponsorship opportunities available and would love to partner to help create amazing neuro-affirming spaces and community events for Menifee and surrounding area. Reach out to mentoringtinyhumans@gmail.com if interested in partnering.
